This document provides the various methods that we provide for Developer Partners to obtain support for integrations:

• Technology Partners Slack Workspace

  • For low-priority, simple questions, informal inquiries, or working sessions, you can use the dedicated Slack channel provided by the Technology Partners team.

  • We recommend tagging a specific member of the Technology Partners team in your post so that we’re alerted properly.

  • If you do not yet have access to the Tech Partners Slack Workspace, please contact your Technology Partner Manager for more information.
