GTM Resources - ThreatConnect Marketplace Listing

Overview

This document is intended to aid Developer Partners in preparing the appropriate content required for the ThreatConnect Marketplace listings. This listing is possible for all integrations that have gone through the Developer Partner Program and have been appropriately approved by the Technology Partners team for release.

In most instances, there will be a 1:1 ratio of Marketplace listings to app integrations for Developer Partners because downloads are offered for these listing types. If necessary, you can request a summary “Simple Listing” page that can contain a summary of all of your integrations together (which becomes a third listing).

You will need to complete the template information below for each listing you request.

Marketplace Release Resources

In order to list your application on the ThreatConnect Marketplace, the items in the picture and list below are needed in order to complete your integration listing:

  1. A PNG version of your company logo oriented to fit into our blocks. This should be high-resolution and will be automatically resized for use on our Marketplace.

  2. The listing name that you would like used for your integration. This should closely match the name of your integration if it lives within the ThreatConnect Platform.

  3. The description you’d like used for your integration. This should contain an introduction paragraph and then a light description of the benefits of your integration in the form of 1-3 additional paragraphs.

    1. If your integration lives outside of the ThreatConnect Platform, include an indication of where your integration can be obtained as your summary paragraph.

    2. If your integration lives inside the ThreatConnect Platform, provide a summary statement similar to this: “This integration is available for download here on the ThreatConnect Marketplace.”

  4. At least two screenshots of your integration in use that follow these guidelines:

    1. Do not include any sensitive pieces of information. Information shown should be representative of actual data that may be used in legitimate situations with the integration. Do not use apparent sample information if at all possible.

    2. If your integration lives within the ThreatConnect Platform, these screenshots should only include images of the integration in use in the ThreatConnect Platform. Refrain from including images of external platforms unless required for context only.

    3. Ensure that screenshots are representative of the final, completed integration. Screenshots may not be mock-ups or samples.

    4. You can also include direct links to videos on services such YouTube or Vimeo here and they will play in context of the Marketplace once a user selects them.

  5. Up to 3 additional links specifically related to your integration (blog posts, data sheets, etc).

    1. These should not be generalized links to information about your company (these links are available on the Technology Partners pages on the ThreatConnect website).

    2. If you’ve produced Playbook Templates, this should (temporarily) include the link to these in GitHub.

In addition to the items that you supply, ThreatConnect will assign a category and use-case tags as necessary to the listing. This categorical assignment is based on ThreatConnect alignments with the way that your integration is used within our Platform, not necessarily the overall categorization of your offering.

If your integration lives in the ThreatConnect Platform, it will be made available for download from the ThreatConnect Marketplace.
